The board is planning to fill the role by mid-October in anticipation of current director Paul Picard's retirement.

"We have established a process which will help us find the best candidate to continue the positive momentum our board has recently enjoyed," explained chair Barbara Holland.
During a meeting Monday night, the trustees approved Robert Murray, managing director for Dentons Canada LLP, as a facilitator to ensure the process is completed in a transparent and professional way.
The board has begun developing a "candidate profile" and will begin advertising the position near the end of July.
