      The Canadian Youth Chess Championship is under way in Windsor.

      It's been called by organizers the most distinguished youth chess competition in Canada.

      Qualified players, based on age and gender, compete to be the official Canadian representatives at the 2015 World Youth Chess Championship which will be held in Porto Carras, Greece from Oct. 24 to Nov. 5, 2015.
