The new charges after for sexual exploitation and sexual assault and come after an investigation that began in December 2016.
The alleged offences occurred in 2015 when the victim was 16, according to the OPP.
Kissner is now facing a total of 17 charges including 11 counts of sexual assault, five counts of sexual exploitation and one count of sexual interference in relation to multiple victims.
