Windsor police are trying to figure who fired shots at a Windsor motel this past weekend.

Authorities said officers were called to Huron Church Road — near Malden Road, just before 10 p.m. Sunday — after reports of three or four gunshots being heard in the area.

Officers ended up recovering three gun shell casings in the parking lot of the motel.

Police said after investigating, they have reason to believe a black BMW driven by a black male — spotted in the area at the time — is related to the incident.
