A pilot project in Toronto is getting homeless people who are mentally ill off the street — and then getting them help for their psychological problems.

It's usually done the other way around: first people have to get better, and then they can find housing. While most say that's never really worked, now there is hope, thanks to the At Home/Chez Soi project. 

Reporter Ron Charles talks with Hercules Pilatos about how the project has allowed the former travel agent to turn his life around — finding a way back from homelessness and depression.
