1 dead, 3 seriously injured in Richmond Hill multi-vehicle collision: police

York Regional Police say a woman in her 30s from York Region is dead and three others are in hospital with serious to life-threatening injuries after a multi-vehicle collision in Richmond Hill Saturday evening.

1 person did not have vital signs on scene, paramedics say

York Regional Police say a woman in her 30s from York Region is dead and three others are in hospital with serious to life-threatening injuries after a multi-vehicle collision in Richmond Hill Sunday evening. 

Police say they received a call about the crash on Stouffville Road between Bayview Avenue and Leslie Street shortly after 6 p.m. and added that they believe five vehicles were involved in the collision. 

At least one of the vehicles involved appears to be a high-end sports car.

York paramedics say one person did not have vital signs at the scene, and police later confirmed that a woman was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Five other people were assessed on scene and two patients were taken to a local trauma centre, paramedics added.
