2 rescued from Parkdale apartment fire
Two people were rescued from a two-alarm fire at a low-rise apartment building in Parkdale this morning.
Two people were rescued from a two-alarm fire at a low-rise apartment building in Parkdale this morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene at Jameson and Springhurst Avenues just before 10:30 a.m.
Fire crews used ladders to rescue two people from inside the units. At the height of the fire more than 45 firefighters were on the scene.
The police have set up road blocks in the area.
