Mississauga house fire on Targa Road leaves 2 critical

Two people are in critical condition after a house fire in Mississauga last night.

Just before 11 p.m., neighbours reported the fire on Targa Road, located just east of Dundas Street East and Hurontario Street. 

Firefighters arrived to find the house fully engulfed in flames.

Paramedics took two people to hospital in critical condition suffering from smoke inhalation and burns. There is no update on their condition. 

The Ontario fire marshal has been called in to investigate what may have caused the fire.
