Man dies in workplace accident in Forest Hill, Ministry of Labour investigating
Paramedics tell CBC News they received reports that the man fell from a height of more than 10 metres
The Ministry of Labour is investigating after a man was killed in a workplace accident in Forest Hill on Friday.
Toronto police say they were called just after 2 p.m. to a building in the Eglinton Avenue West and Vesta Drive area about reports that a man had fallen from a roof.
Const. Victor Kwong said police arrived to find the man without vital signs and said he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paramedics tell CBC News they received reports that the man fell from a height of more than 10 metres.
The man's age and the details of the accident are not yet known.
