Niagara Parks police say they've stopped plans for a stunt involving kayaks on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
An unsanctioned stunt can result in a fine up to $10,000

Police say the stunt planned for one or two kayakers to go over part of the Horseshoe Falls.
Police say without written permission from the Niagara Parks Commission, a stunt can result in a fine up to $10,000.
