A new health study is looking for 1,000 South Asian babies to take part.

Researchers at McMaster University are recruiting 1,000 pregnant women of South Asian descent from Peel Region.

Once they've given birth, the women and their babies may help researchers understand why diabetes and heart disease are so common in the South Asian community.
