Cyclist struck, injured at Dufferin and Davenport

A cyclist is in hospital after being hit by a car at Davenport Road and Dufferin Street. 

The male victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the accident, which occurred shortly before 7 a.m. according to Toronto police. He was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital. 

Roads in the area were closed for several hours, but have since reopened, as police investigated.
