From the festivals, venues, and bands across the GTA, Toronto is Canada's Music City.  Even after a year of restrictions, cancelled tours and closing performance spaces, Toronto artists are as resilient and vibrant as ever in finding new ways to connect, and bring comfort to their community through music.

As the music scene gears up for recovery, we wanted to highlight some of the amazing talent Toronto has to offer. Explore the soundtrack of the city with us in this two part series, celebrating artists on the rise as well as the Juno-nominated hometown heroes you know and love.
