The Blue Jays are up against the KC Royals in a must-win Game 5 Wednesday

Scooters are apparently the Toronto Blue Jays' transportation of choice.

Catcher Dioner Navarro rode a sleek black scooter to grab a fitting ballgame meal — a hot dog — ahead of a must-win Game 5 in the American League Championship Series at the Rogers Centre Wednesday.

Last week, slugger Jose Bautista was caught "ridin' dirty" following a thrilling Game 5 finish over the Texas Rangers in the ALDS.

The impetus for the team's love of scooters appears to come from ace pitcher David Price. During his stint in Detroit, Price rode to and from the ballpark on a scooter. Following his trade to Toronto, Price bought a round of scooters for his teammates.
