Crews fight fire at Minnesota Street home
Thunder Bay firefighters were alerted to the blaze Monday morning.
Thunder Bay firefighters remained on the scene of a house fire on Monday afternoon, after they were alerted to the blaze at 848 Minnesota St., just before 11 a.m.

As billowing clouds of smoke filled the neighbourhood, fire crews used a chain saw to cut into the attic of the house and hydro crews were worked around the back to disconnect power to the home.
One man told CBC News that fires seem to be all too common in the area and said he was worried the neighbourhood had what he called a "fire bug."
