INVESTIGATION: As Ontario Liberals celebrate their victory in the Sudbury riding, court documents reveal that police believe that two party members may have breached the criminal code. Former Liberal-turned-independent candidate Andrew Olivier alleges Gerry Lougheed and Pat Sobrara offered him a job or appointment to support Glenn Thibeault in the Liberal nomination race for the Sudbury byelection. No charges have been laid and none of the claims have been heard in court.
