Crash between SUV and motorcycle sends 1 to hospital
Man, 53, in serious but stable condition at RUH in Saskatoon
Saskatchewan RCMP are trying to piece together a crash scene on Highway 16 near Delmas, Sask., on Monday.
In the early afternoon of Aug. 29, Mounties responded to a crash after an SUV collided with a motorcycle stopped on the shoulder of an approach.
A man, 53, standing near the motorcycle at the time of the crash suffered serious injuries to his legs and body. Police said he's in stable but serious condition at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.
A woman driving the SUV was also treated in hospital with an injured arm.
RCMP said they don't believe alcohol was a factor in this crash but the collision remains under investigation.
Delmas is about 168 kilometres northwest of Saskatoon.
