Power was out Monday morning in a number of Regina areas — including an elevator at a downtown hotel.

A woman was trapped in the elevator for some minutes until the electricity came back on.

At around 6:30 a.m. CST, some residents were reporting that the lights were out in the warehouse district, over at the Sportsplex, in Glencairn, and along Broad Street.

The traffic lights were also out at College and Broad, but by 7, the lights were back on in at least some of the areas that lost power.
