Vintage B-17 bomber on display at Prince Albert airport

A restored WW II B-17 bomber is on display at the airport in Prince Albert.

A rare B-17 bomber — restored to military specifications — has touched down in Prince Albert.

The plane, built in 1943, is one of only about 10 left in the world that can fly.

"To get it here, I think, is something pretty special," Bob Spracklin, president of the Prairie Heritage Air Show Society said Monday.

People will be able to tour the plane at the airport in Prince Albert.
