Saskatoon police seek kidnapping suspects

Police in Saskatoon are requesting the public's help in finding five people suspected in a recent abduction.

Police in Saskatoon are requesting the public's help in finding five people suspected in a recent abduction.

Two men and three women are facing a total of 28 criminal charges including kidnapping, robbery, assault and breaches of court orders.

Police received a report in the early morning of July 17 that a 33-year-old man had been taken from his home in the 400 block of Fairmont Drive. Witnesses reported seeing him being forced into a grey 2003 four-door Honda Accord with Saskatchewan licence plate 736GHW. Police are also looking for the suspect vehicle.

Friends of the victim told investigators that the man said he had been taken to a rural area west of Saskatoon where he was robbed, assaulted and left in a ditch.

Warrants have been issued for Lance Kunz, 33;  Leslie Dee Arnason, 34; Dionne Brittain, 28; Bradley John Ritchie, 32; and Stacey May Berg, 27.
