CBC Radio hosts national call-in on Fort McMurray fire

As Canadians are captivated by the fire burning through Fort McMurray in northern Alberta, CBC Radio will give listeners across the country a chance to hear first-hand how the disaster is unfolding as well as how the rest of the country can help.

Show will pre-empt local Saskatchewan phone-in Blue Sky

As Canadians are captivated by the plight of their neighbours, displaced by a massive fire burning through Fort McMurray in northern Alberta, CBC Radio will give listeners across the country — including in Saskatchewan — a chance to hear first-hand how the disaster is unfolding as well as how the rest of the country can help.

CBC Radio's Alberta at Noon, hosted by Donna McElligott, will broadcast nation-wide between 12 p.m. CST and 2 p.m. in Saskatchewan.

The program will run in place of local phone-in show Blue Sky as well as the network radio show The Story from Here.

You can hear both hours on 102.5 FM in Regina, 94.1 FM in Saskatoon, 540 AM across the province, and live streamed here.
