Meat Loaf's June 11 show in Moose Jaw was cancelled due to illness, according to the Mosaic Place venue.

Fans hoping to see rocker Meat Loaf perform in Moose Jaw, Sask., last night were sent home without a show.

Meat Loaf was supposed to take the stage at Mosaic Place, but cancelled at the last minute due to illness, the venue announced in a press release.

Fans took to social media to voice their concerns and frustrations. 

Of course the Roughriders were brought into it

Some fans were a bit angry

But mostly they just wished him a quick recovery

Fans may still get their chance to see the band in person, though. The venue said it will soon release more information about rescheduling the show.
