Indian Posse's Richard Daniel Wolfe back in custody
Richard Daniel Wolfe, one of the founders of the Indian Posse, has turned himself to RCMP in Saskatchewan.
He is charged with sexual assault and assault with a weapon.
The charges were filed following incidents Sunday at a home in Fort Qu'Appelle, Sask., according to RCMP. Wolfe, 38, was also charged with breaching the conditions of his statutory release from prison.
RCMP said he was arrested without incident around noon Tuesday.
In 1996, Wolfe was sentenced to 19 years in prison for the attempted murder of a Winnipeg pizza delivery driver who was shot in the chest.
