Easter hats used to be a big thing, and that fashion statement is making a comeback in some circles.
Sherri Hrycay is a Saskatoon designer who makes hats. She is seeing an increasing demand, but the fashions vary from place to place. In the UK, fascinators are big, while in the southern state they still love their wide-brimmed hats.
These are some of the Easter hats she's made.

"I've always sort of gone to the beat of my own drum," Hrycay said. She's mostly self taught, but has had the chance to train alongside some talented designers.
She says Canada doesn't always have the best weather for hats like these, but she wishes it did.
"If the sun came out I'd wear them anywhere and everywhere."
