Andrea lost her father to MS in 1990 when she was 12. Through that, she watched her mother deal with operating a business while caring for her family at the same time. She experienced the dedication of a small-business owner and how a community supports its families.

Now she's a business owner and meets with Saskatchewan businesses to provide advice in group benefits, leadership development training and advice in building employee engagement & retention strategies. She protects employees and their families from unexpected health events & improves their quality of life.

Some of her accomplishments have been recognized by various awards, including the Saskatchewan Young Professional Award, the ATHENA Young Professional Award and nominations for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards. She contributes to community personally and professionally. Her highlights include establishing a Pay It Forward Fund to deliver random acts of kindness,the BPW Leadership Luncheon and financial education for immigrants.
