HomeSense, the discount home decor retailer, will hold its grand opening in Charlottetown on Sept. 22.

The 18,000-square-foot store is the main tenant in the old Canadian Tire location on Buchanan Drive.

The opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 a.m.

HomeSense is owned by The TJX Companies, Inc., which operates 3,300 fashion and home decor stores in North America and Europe.
