A 19-year-old woman is recovering from her injuries after an attack in Dartmouth Sunday morning.

Halifax Regional Police said officers were called to an apartment complex on Kennedy Drive just before 10 a.m. The woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said she suffered a wound to her thigh and face, but wouldn't say what type of weapon was used.
