A family of seven is out of their home after a fire in Stellarton Sunday evening, according to the Canadian Red Cross.

A family of seven is out of their home after a fire in Stellarton Sunday evening, according to the Canadian Red Cross.
The two-storey wooden frame house on MacKay Street caught fire at around 5:30 p.m.
"Disaster volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross assisted the couple and their five children — ranging in age from 18 months to 12 years old — with temporary lodging, purchases of clothing, food and other emergency aid," the Red Cross said in a news release.
No was hurt.
The family was not home at the time of the fire.
