On Monday, Tory leader Tim Houston walked into law courts in Halifax with an envelope under his arm. Inside was a notice of appeal; legal documents declaring the Tories are taking the government to court. They're challenging the government's refusal to release information related to the cost of the Yarmouth ferry service.
