School bus carrying 30 kids slides off Lake Echo road

A school bus carrying 30 students heading to O’Connell Drive Elementary School slid off the road this morning.

No one was injured, but Bluerock Road is a sheet of ice

A school bus carrying 30 students heading to O’Connell Drive Elementary School slid off the road this morning.

There have been no injuries reported.

The bus was travelling on Bluerock Road, which is a dirt road in Lake Echo, Nova Scotia. CBC’s Paul Palmeter was there and said the road is a sheet of ice.

Palmeter said the bus may be stuck for a while.
