Greater Halifax area

Public Health officials are asking anyone who visited the following locations on the specified date and time to immediately book a test using the province's self-assessment website or contact 811 to arrange for COVID-19 testing, regardless of whether they have COVID-19 symptoms. 

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms who was at the following locations is required to self-isolate while they wait for their test result. However, if they don't have symptoms, they don't need to self-isolate, but are still required to book a test.

  • Air Canada flight 624 travelling on Jan. 8 from Toronto (9:30 p.m.) to Halifax (Jan. 9 at 12:30 a.m.), passengers in rows 3-16 in seats A, B, C, and D. Symptoms may develop up to, and including, Jan. 23.
  • Air Canada flight 614 travelling on Jan. 7 from Toronto (2:18 p.m.) to Halifax (5:22 p.m.), passengers in rows 1-4 in seats A, C, and D. Symptoms may develop up to, and including, Jan. 21.
  • Air Canada flight 614 travelling on Jan. 5 from Toronto (2:31 p.m.) to Halifax (5:45 p.m.), passengers in rows 12-18 in seats A, B, C, and D. Symptoms may develop up to, and including, Jan. 19.
  • Air Canada flight 7558 travelling on Jan. 5 from Montreal (1:30 p.m.) to Halifax (4:03 p.m.), passengers in rows 22-27 in seats A, C, and D. Symptoms may develop up to, and including, Jan. 19.

Truro

Public Health officials are asking anyone who visited the following locations on the specified date and time to immediately self-isolate and book a test using the province's self-assessment website or contact 811 to arrange for COVID-19 testing, regardless of whether they have COVID-19 symptoms.

They are required to self-isolate while they wait for their test result, regardless of whether they have symptoms.

  • Truro Horsemen's Club at 288 Main St., Truro on Jan. 10 between 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Symptoms may develop up to, Jan. 24.
