Police investigate Pugwash bank robbery

Police said a man entered the bank and passed the teller a note demanding cash.

RCMP in Pugwash are looking for a suspect after a Scotiabank in Pugwash was robbed Friday afternoon.

It happened at about 3:30 p.m. on Water Street. Police said a man entered the bank and passed the teller a note demanding cash. 

The police said no one in the bank saw a weapon.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money. 

He's described as being about 35-years-old, 6' 1", heavy set with a light moustache. 

The suspect was wearing cargo shorts and a blue t-shirt with the word 'cat' printed on it.
