Police in Sydney investigate complaints of suspicious man
Police asking anyone with information to contact them
Cape Breton Regional Police are searching for a suspicious man after complaints that he has been following women walking in the George Street area of Sydney.
Police have received five complaints so far, four from Wednesday evening and one from Thursday evening. All complaints were about incidents that happened between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on George Street near Ingleside, Cottage and Brookland.
Police said they're looking for a Caucasian man, between 17 and 20 years old with a slim build, a moustache and wearing a blue hoodie.
In a news release, police spokesperson Desiree Vassallo said extra resources are being deployed in the area.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers. They're also asking people to report any sightings of the suspect as soon as possible so he can be apprehended quickly.
