Police say no charges will be laid in a collision that killed a pedestrian in downtown Halifax last month.

Police say no charges will be laid in a collision that killed a pedestrian in downtown Halifax last month.

Jaclyn Hennessey, 27, was struck by a dump truck at the corner of Barrington and Sackville streets just before 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 17.

Hennessey was walking along Barrington, crossing Sackville, when the truck turned right onto Sackville from Barrington Street.

Halifax Regional Police said Thursday that the accident investigation unit has concluded its investigation and no one will be charged.
