N.S. teen accused of driving 166 in 110 km/h zone
RCMP in Salt Springs, Pictou County say a young woman has had her drivers licence suspended for at least a week after she was charged with stunting.
Police said they saw a vehicle on Highway 104 travelling 166 km/h in a 110 km/h area. The roads were slick at the time, said police.
A 17-year-old teen was arrested. She’ll be fined $2,412.41 along with her suspension. Stunting also carries a six-point penalty on a driving record.
