The Halifax Mooseheads historic season will come to a head Sunday night when the Herd take on the Portland Winterhawks in the Memorial Cup Championship game.

After a near sweep of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League finals, the Halifax Mooseheads made franchise history, winning the President Cup for the first time earlier this month. That win secured them a spot in the Memorial Cup with a shot at becoming national champions.
