The hockey season for the Halifax Mooseheads is over.

Sunday's game against the Rimouski Oceanic was do-or-die for the Halifax Mooseheads. The team lost in front of a sold out crowd when Rimouski scored the winning goal in overtime, beating Halifax 3– 2.

But it was good season for the Moose.

The team electrified fans by making it to the semis after overcoming a three game deficit in the previous round.

Now the Saint John Seadogs are the only Maritime team vying for the Presidents cup. They clinched their spot Saturday night.

If the Seadogs win the cup, they'll go on to play for the national championship.
