Two men overdue from an off-roading trip have been found safe near Falmouth.

Nova Scotia RCMP said searchers found Mark Hilchey, 28, and Jordan Stevens, 22, at about 10:30 a.m. Monday. The two men were in good health and didn't need medical help.

Searchers had been looking for Hilchey and Stevens since Sunday evening, when they were reported missing.

RCMP said the two men left in a Jeep to go off-roading Sunday at about noon. They were only supposed to be gone an hour, but their vehicle stalled, forcing them to head out on foot. They found a cabin and bunked down for the night.

Hilchey and Stevens were walking down a logging road Monday morning when they were spotted by two searchers.
