Massive Halifax bookstore starts its move

A massive, second-hand bookstore in Halifax is starting to move its thousands of books to cheaper and more spacious accommodation in Dartmouth.

John W. Doull has some 200,000 rare and used books at his two-floor shop on Barrington Street. The intricate stacks and unique system for displaying books (the "Poultry" section is beside the "Poetry" section) have made J.W.D Books a landmark location.

But Doull is starting to pack up his books and move across the harbour. The CBC's Colleen Jones stopped by to help.
