Man found dead in fire-damaged home

RCMP and fire officials are investigating after a man in Pugwash, N.S., was found dead inside a home that was damaged by fire.

Fire officials were called to a home on Pleasure Cove Road at 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday and found the kitchen and living room of the house had been burned.

A 45-year-old Pugwash man was found dead inside the home.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and officials are investigating to determine whether it was a suspicious fire.
