Fearing a baby seal is becoming too comfortable with humans, animal rescue group Hope for Wildlife has removed the seal from the beach near Dingle Tower.
Fearing a baby seal is becoming too comfortable with humans, animal rescue group Hope for Wildlife has removed the seal from the beach near Dingle Tower.
Over the past few days Sealy, as it has been affectionately named, has been a popular attraction at the local beach. The seal has been using its furry charms to get a free lunch from beachgoers.
The rescue group plans to release the seal back into the ocean, far from humans.
Before the seal was relocated, the CBC's Colleen Jones had a chance to connect with Sealy.
