Police described the suspect as a white male, 20 to 25-years old, 6’1", with a medium build and brown short-cropped hair.
He wore a plaid, light blue, short-sleeved button-up shirt, cargo shorts, white sneakers and a backwards dark ball cap. The first victim intervened between an argument between the suspect and a woman.
The second victim, also male, stepped in to help the first man and the suspect struck him as well, causing him to fall and hit his head.
Police said the suspect fled on foot, jumped the Province House fence and headed north.
Police want to talk to the woman the suspect was arguing with and any other witnesses.
