Future floods pose risk for Truro: expert

A flood expert says Truro at risk for future floods and that dikes are not the answer. 

Tim Webster, NSCC Geomatics Specialist, said the recent flooding in Truro does not surprise him and that it may be time for some in the area to consider relocating to avoid future flood damage.
