Disturbing details are emerging about what happened to fisherman Philip Boudreau off the coast of Petit-de-Grat in Cape Breton.
The case police have put together draws a disturbing picture of an out-of-control fight over lobster fishing territory that ended in gunfire and death.
Three men from the community have been charged with second-degree murder.
