A tentative deal for about 200 employees of Dalhousie University in Halifax has been rejected - even though union negotiators recommended its approval.

A tentative deal for about 200 employees of Dalhousie University in Halifax has been rejected — even though union negotiators recommended its approval. 

NSGEU president Joan Jessome will hold sessions with members of Local 99 Wednesday and Thursday to talk about what happens next. The union plans to hold a strike vote. 

More than 60 per cent of the people who voted turned down the deal.
