Cape Breton artists have created new book covers after reading stories by authors, many of whom will be featured at the seventh annual Cabot Trail Writers Festival.

Some of the writers include Linden MacIntyre, Lawrence Hill, Joan Clark, Lisa Moore and Kathleen Winter.

The CBC's Wendy Bergfeldt will interview many of the authors and artists today on Mainstreet Cape Breton at 4 p.m. AT.
