Airline to launch non-stop daily service from Sydney
Daily, non-stop flights to Toronto will be available year-round
Air Canada will launch daily non-stop service between Sydney, N.S. and Toronto beginning in December.
The flights will be available year-round.
Currently, WestJet offers direct service from Cape Breton to Toronto for about six months of the year.
Air Canada passengers typically must connect in Halifax for Toronto flights.
The new flight will leave Sydney at around 6 a.m. with the return flight arriving in Sydney just after midnight.
The airline says the new flight was added because of local demand.
