RCMP say one of the suspects in a stabbing in Lower Sackville has turned himself in.

The suspect is a 17-year-old youth, RCMP said Monday. There was no word on charges.

Investigators asked for the public's help in tracking down three suspects after Saturday's fight and stabbing.

RCMP said an argument erupted just after 8 p.m. when someone threw a beer bottle at a man walking by the bus terminal on Cobequid Road.

Several people joined the melee, and two of them were stabbed.

A 20-year-old man remained in hospital Monday with life-threatening injuries.

A 32-year-old man who was stabbed and sprayed with an irritant was treated in hospital, but he has been released.

Cpl. Scott MacRae, spokesman for Halifax District RCMP, said two other suspects remain at a large, but investigators believe they know who they are.
