33-year-old Terry Kayotuk faces 13 charges
An Inuvik man is facing 13 charges following a deadly pick-up truck rollover in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At around 3 a.m. Sunday, the vehicle carrying seven passengers went off Navy Road and appeared to have rolled before landing on its roof.
Several other passengers sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Terry Ricky Don Kayotuk, 33, is facing 13 charges including criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving causing death, and two counts each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and impaired driving causing bodily harm.
RCMP say alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
