Monday, Oct. 3 at the Northern Arts & Cultural Centre

Got Land? Comedy is a stand-up comedy variety show where First Nation, Inuk and Métis entertainers tell jokes and share individual life stories. Got Land? Comedy was created to express solidarity with humour. All genres of comedy are welcome and expressed.

Comedy Night in Yellowknife
Tuesday, Oct. 4 at the Northern Arts & Cultural Centre

Spend a night with some of Canada's top stand-up comics and up-and-comers. Featuring John Wing, a semi-finalist in America's Got Talent and perennial Canadian festival headliner; British-born and now Canadian citizen James Mullinger; plus Canadian festival headliners Lisa Baker, Sunee Dhaliwal, Brittany Lyseng, and up-and-coming local comedians to be named.

Just For Laughs returns with their JFL Showcase featuring comics from across the Northwest Territories, giving them an opportunity to perform in front of JFL talent scouts who may choose them to perform at JFL events across Canada!

Best Kind Comedy Tour
Friday, Oct. 7 at the Aqsarniit Hotel Lounge

Hosted by Griff, this national comedy tour features three of Newfoundland's top comedians — Mike Lynch, Colin Hollett and Brian Aylward. The BKCT has become one of Canada's biggest independent comedy tours with two coast-to-coast tours and over 60 shows under their belt. They've sold over 15,000 tickets and built a great following across the country.

Canadian Improv Games Showcase
Sunday, Oct. 9 at the Aqsarniit Hotel Lounge

In partnership with the Canadian Improv Games showcase, the Canadian North Arctic Comedy Festival will be inviting high school youth in Iqaluit to compete in the first ever Nunavut Improv Games. The winners will be invited to form a team and compete in the Canadian Improv Games Nationals in Ottawa in April, 2023.
